This quilt square is dedicated to my late husband, George E. Hall Jr. The fabric is a piece left over from a shirt that I had made for him. he chose the material when he acompanied me to buy quilt material. The shirt became his favorite and was in his overnight bag the night he died. We were enroute from our home in Pennsylvania to vacation in Florida. George was an avid reader interested in many subjects. He had served in the USAF as a weather observer and had an appreciation of cloud patterns and aviation. A mensa member, he was a wealth of information. We were married 52 years. I will miss him forever.
