Quilt Square

Created in honor of Gary Zimmerman

Wonderful husband (Our mothers were best friends and introduced us hoping we’d like each other. Moms know best!). Father of two children, forester and paper company timber buyer, NCSU Wolfpack fan, Nebraska Cornhuskers fan, Eagle Scout, Boy Scout leader, avid fisherman and boater, and beginner quilter. The pieces of fabric used in this quilt square are pieces that Gary had cut. He loved Christmas quilts. “See you later alligator” is how he’d tell our children goodbye as they were leaving for school each morning.
