Quilt Square

Created in honor of Sally Timlin

Our sister, Sally, was a wonderful person who gave so much to so many people. Sally was devoted to our aging mom. She was a very capable RN who managed our mom’s medical care as well as being her loving companion. There was never a day that Sally didn’t start and end her day with smiles and hugs for Mom. Family was everything to Sally. “Aunt Sally” welcomed all additions to our family – 12 nieces and nephews, and then a great nephew and great nieces. Sally’s heart pulled them close. She had the best hugs, tight and just long enough for you to know she loved you. Sally’s “family” also includes all of her dear friends and work family and their families too. They say a photo is worth 1000 words. The photos on Sally’s quilt square capture Sally’s love of her family: joyful.

Our sister, Sally, was generous, happy, no-nonsense, and sometimes strong-willed. Our bond as sisters is unbreakable. We love you, Sally.
