Together. Saving Lives.

The quilt square is a piece of a shirt that she used in Marines boot camp. Her dream was to be a Marine and to fight for the USA. She called it her country even though she was a Mexican. She was intelligent and determined, very friendly and very compassionate. She graduated from Texas Ferris High School. She always tried to help others. She passed at the age of 18, two weeks before her birthday. With so many dreams, yet one of her dreams came true, donate her organs. I’m proud of her, I miss her, and I know that she’s in a better place.
