Quilt Square

Created in honor of Alesha Staton

My daughter Crystal made an owl embroidery because her mother collected owl designs and Alesha loved them as well. We have lost them both and my son. It’s like Crystal said “It’s a family thing” dedicated to and in memory of my beautiful daughter. Alesha was a fun loving, thoughtful, wonderful person. Full of life and laughter. She was always surrounded by her friends. She was one of the most charismatic and memorable people you could ever meet. Very few, if any did not always remember her fondly. She had a beautiful smile and disarming way about her that seemed to draw people to her. She loved to give and loved to help anyone, anyway she could. We miss her in a way that cannot be described by words. I wish I could say more, but my heart stands in the way, in pieces.
