Together. Saving Lives.

Quilt Square

Created in honor of Frances Smith

Frances was very social, cheerful and bubbly. This is reflected through the bright yellow lady bug fabric. She loved God, family, friends, and especially Carolina Tarheel basketball and Dallas Cowboys football. The sparkling “rays” show her loving and social butterfly personality extending without boundries in every direction. The purple fabric is for her favorite color. On occasion, she would react or speak before thinking, hence “wham and snap” fabric. All these patterns brought together in unity. Frances always wanted to be the life of the party. Having lived a short 53 years, she loved life. Some of her hobbies included playing Bingo, talking to everyone, and being a great Dallas Cowboy and Carolina Tarheel fan. She is missed every day. She would be so happy knowing she helped so many people.
