Quilt Square

Created in honor of Dawn Staton

Dawn was a loving daughter, sister, and auntie, who loved people, cooking, and most of all God. She was born with a heart defect. As a child, Dawn tried her best to keep up with her sister, but the illness kept her at a limit. She put forth an effort to overcome all obstacles. She was a helper and worked in her church as an usher. Her favorite scripture was Matthew 6:33. She would love to know that her death did help someone. She smiles on us as we speak.
